Hello,
i have CUCM 8.6 (on vmware). Caller ID name only show on between IP Phone to IP Phone not number but i need both
Please advise,

Do you have calling party transformation patterns or translation patterns in the middle?

no there is not any translation configured.

Such is not something that is configured by default or happens just because, there must be something in your system which you're hitting and has the calling ID set to restricted for that to happen. Review the call flow and the calling/called party transformation masks.
