We have configured hotline in our premise. We have analog phones and turret phone in the hotline. previously for the analog lines caller id not showing for incoming calls. but now the issue is resolved, we are still not able to receive the caller id on the turret phone.
we are able to see the caller id if we connected ISP line directly to the analog phone, But if we are connecting the ISP line to the router there is no caller id on the phones.
Collected MGCP logs, get_fxo_caller_id parameter was received failed.
We are using SIP trunk to the ISP.
Incoming call flow: ISP---SIP---->Krone Box------>Voice Gateway(MGCP)------>CUCM----->End device(IP TRADE PHONE)
In the testing scenario , on the Krone box we connected some analog phones. Caller id was displayed.
But if we connect the Krone box to the VG there is no Caller id receiving on the VG.
