Our setup is that all incoming calls are routed to Unity to check for the location open/close. When the location is open the call is then routed to a hunt pilot for that location. Problem is that when they call rings at the destination hunt list all of the phones have the caller-id as VOICEMAIL instead of what actually came in for the call. Same problem when we were on Callmanager 8.6 and now at 9.1. Any ideas?

Have you tried playing with this setting?
CallManager System Parameter:
Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity = True
