Hi all,
Today my customer changed the gateway tha connect with a PBX. New GW is a 2951. They mantain the same configuration.
The problem is when They Call from IP Phone Cisco to a phone in PBX, the caller ID show the prefix add in the Route list.
Example:
Ip Phone call to number 1220
Call Manager send the call to GW 2951 and add prefix 01 in the Route List
The GW received the Call and send to Port E1
Dial-peer voice voip 10
destination-pattern 01....
port 0/0/0:15
But the IP Phone display calling to 011220
Why display 01XXXX
I need that IP Phone only display the original number 1220
Thanks
Guillermo

Guillermo,
I am assuming your gateway is H.323 based on the dial-peer, so try adding the following configurations:
voice service voip
no supplementary-service h225-notify cid-update
HTH

Hi Guillermo,
I just tested a similar configuration on CUCM 7.1, and my observation is that if you add the prefix in the route pattern, it modifies the called number displayed on the phone, however if you do it on the route list configuration (on route list details) it doesn't display the prefix. Are you sure you don't do any manipulation on the route pattern?

Baris.
