Caller ID to callers number while doing call forward

    Dear Team,              

How to Change of Caller ID to callers number while doing call forward.?

At present it is showing call forwarders number.

CUCM/CME, version, configuration, etc

Its CUCM 8.6.But sorry ,i can not provide configuration right now.

In general if you haven't configured anything different the calling party number won't change during a call forward.

Have you checked what calling party number is send to the pstn?
Maybe the telephone provider doesn't allow calling party number other than the one of your one.

You will have to check where the calling party number is getting manupilated. Obviously it isn't a telephone provider problem, the Q931 setup for the forwaded call already shows the wrong number?!

Maybe you can use the DNA to locate the problem!

CUCM normally doesn't change the calling party number.
