We have a customer that has a callmanager and uses the TAPI from the callmanager to bring the caller-id to the PC. The PC has software that uses the TAPI (TSP) to get the caller-ID and make a pop-up.
This works fine.
Except for using the TSP software, is there another way to get the caller-ID to a PC?
You don't really indicate why you want or need to do this. If you want to get the number to the PC, you can do it in UCCX and UCCE, and provide the ANI call info to the agent via the CAD interface.
