Hi,
I have 3845 CME with VIC2-4FXO cards, I have already configure and enable caller-id on the interfaces but still not showing the number of the caller. I have tried the PSTN on analog phone it shows the caller number.
I do debug vpm signal and show me the below:-

And below one of the interface which I have already configured
voice-port 0/0/1
translation-profile incoming incoming_add_9
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
supervisory custom-cptone Saudi_Arabia
cptone SA
timeouts call-disconnect 5
timeouts wait-release 5
connection plar opx 6666
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting line-reversal
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
any idea what is the problem could be.

Try this under your fxo port config.
caller-id alerting dsp pre-allocate
06-21-2010 09:32 AM
it is already add, if you see the configuration above

i apologize, totally missed that line. Check out this document and go 4/5ths of the way down were it begins to define what the different caller-id commands actually do and when they are needed based on your providers settings. You may have to get rid of the dsp preallocate command based on its definition when to use. There were some bugs that used to exist that made you need to use the caller-id alerting ring 1 or 2 depending on certain situations but I thought those were all remedied in the 12.4 releases of IOS. In any event try a few of those out to see if something fits for you.

thank you for the document, but still nothing I tried all same problem.

You could try this...
When the
caller-id alerting ring command is configured as 1, and then when the call comes,
Caller-id is displayed for a second, and it goes away.
To resolve this issue, enter the following commands under the voice-port 0/0/3.
caller-id alerting ring 2
shut
no shut
Note:
When the caller-id alerting command is configured on the voice port,it will
automatically enable caller ID, and the caller-id enable command is not necessary.
Again, delay in receiving the CLID is addressed by Cisco Bug
CSCse71319.

no changing still not showing the caller-id, any other suggestion

try using:
cptone BR
it should work
