Caller Input trouble

I have a call handler set up in which I press # to go back to a main menu from a submenu.  When I do that, the # takes me to some announcement and then I can leave a message.  I cannot for the life of me find where this # is taking me.

Any suggestions are welcome.  There are dozens of auto attendants and I have tried to listen to every standard, holiday and off hours greeting but can't even find the same greeting!

Is the greeting a custom one or system default? 

Every time I run into a similar issue I prefer to go through with ATM and even more with the new version which allows you to generate Visios.

It is a custom greeting and I have been using ATM to do the programming.  I'll check on the new version.  The one I am currently using does not appear to have that capability.

Are the visio diagrams stored somewhere? I was able to get the updated version but no diagrams ever show up.
