Callers voice is repeating at branch location

Users at a branch with 2811 running 12.4(15)T3 using Vic2-4FXO cards for POTS lines from PSTN are reporting that when they are on the phone to/from the PSTN the callers voice is repeating itself. This is not an echo issue (them hearing their own voice) but rather the person who is on the PSTN end of the calls saying a word and the ip phone user hearing it clearly but multiple times. If anyone has any idea about this please let me know!!

It's just another form of echo.

Please execute the "THL tone sweep" method to find the correct impedance for your lines:

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

I ran the test and applied the changes. I will let you know if it helps or not. Thanks!!
