is this for an IP phone to IP Phone call? or A PSTN to IP Phone call?

It is PSTN to IP phone.
Say that the Internal IP phone is forwarded to cell phone, thus when someone from outside to call in and divert to user's cell phone. Unfortunately, the main line number will be shown on ring cell phone instead of origin desk number. Any ideas?

Wayne,
This is expected because your gateway is using the calling number isntead of the redirecting number as the ANI. Your telco is then replacing the ANI because that number is not part of your DDI range..To resolve this you can change the ff settings on your gateway..
Go to your gateway...
then scroll to call routing information : outbound calls
Then under calling party selection:select "First Redirect Number (External)"
Ensure you have External number mask configured for your ip phones...If you dont then you need to use f"irst redirect number" only...
You will then need to configure a xlation rule on your gateway to modify your internal extension to a valid DDI

No, gateway is not CUCM. What is your setup? can you describe your setup...eg
CUCM-----h323--gateway---pstn
or
CUCM--sip--CUBE---sip----pstn
