Calling extension is working only when the partition (order) is on top  in the css .

Any ideas

Hi.

Probably you have an overlapping routing on different partitions.

Try to use Call routing --> route plan report and see if the destination number is replicated on differen partition.

yes it is replicated  .

How can we get rid of it

Hi.

If it's an unused extension, you can simply delete it or choose in which partition should be this extension.

You can also search all DN included in that partition and verify if they should be there.
