Hi Team,
We are facing one issue while dialling from Third party device to Cisco IP Phone vice versa. We are not able to hear audio when call is active. Both phones are register in same CUCM.
Problem Description:
We have Two Sites site A and site B.
At site A we have CUCM installed and site B we have a MGCP Gateway, on site A we have cisco Phone and Third party phones which are register in CUCM and both are working fine i.e. Cisco to Third party and Third party to Cisco IP phone call is done smoothly we can able to hear audio when call is active. But in site B we are facing the problem not able to hear audio when calls get active between third party to cisco phones. One thing we observe if my cisco phones are register as a skinny than it works means able to hear audio, but cisco phones in SIP we are facing this problem.
Someone can help me out of this it will be very Helpful to me.
Thanks!!
Regards,
Gaurish

Hi there
One way audio mostly points to either routing issues or firewall. Any SIP inspection on the network.
Hope this helps
Cheers

Hi Rath,
Thanks for the mail.
Cisco IP Phone SIP to SIP calling working smoothly in Site B that means we can hear audio when we do intercom calling between cisco sip phones, only we are facing problem when we are calling between cisco to third party devices. We are not able to hear audio at both the end devices.
Problem Summary:-
If we call from third party to cisco we cannot hear any audio at both end on active calls, when we call from cisco to third party calls gets active but on cisco phone we still hear ringing tone continuously.
Thanks!!
