IM&P - Presence viewer unable to retrieve presence from sub

Description

Symptom:
When attempting to view the presence using the Presence Viewer for a CUCM end user who exists on an IM&P subscriber, the following error is displayed:

"Error occurred while retrieving presence information from IM and Presence Server"

This error is not seen when getting the presence of users who exist on the IM&P publisher node.

Conditions:
IM&P 10.5.2SU2
IM&P Cluster with acceptable network delay

error " Error retrieving HA status information from the IM and Presence Server"
in both the server I cannot see any assigned , active users and server State, Reason are all blank.( presence redundancy group configuration in cucm) cucm is 11.5

Seems to be the nodes are not happy. Would you mind restarting the primary and secondary and see that helps?

You can login to Presence and check Presence Topology. Verify the node status under DefaultCupsCluster.
