We have user A with ip phone number - 1000 and associated (remote destinaton) mobile number 9999 and User B - 2000
When user A make a call from his mobile phone 9999 to User B ip phone 2000 , only calling number is getting displayed i,e 1000 not the caller's name.
They both are in same location and uses same Voip router for PSTN calls.
Please let me know whether this is as expected or it should show the calling name.
CUCM 8.6 -->SIP Trunk --> Voip router

Thanks for your reply it worked.
I have other issue now
Though the user A turns off mobility by himself , when he makes the call to any internal voip call manager treats the call as internal and shows his associated ip phone number instead of mobile phone number.
If i change the mobile number , ie add 123 to the mobile number in RD , call manager routes the call thro gateway and other end able to see full mobile number.
Is this as per cisco set up? if the user turns off the mobility then the mobile number should not be associated and the receiving end should get exact calling number instead of ip phone number.
