Hi,
We have a standard local route group configured.
Before here is the pattern for mobile used.
091XXXXXXXX
But recently there is a new number which starts from 0977 so we have modified the pattern being used.
09[77]XXXXXXXX
But calls are still not successful to the 0977 prefix. For the other prefix like 0917 which also used this pattern. Calls are successful.
Upon checking the VG using debug isdnq q931. Ihave found out that calls are unsuccessful because the digit is appended with two zeroes 00. Even tough in the DNA analyzer it shows that only the 0977XXXXXXX is being transmitted in the voice gateway. and in the gateway it becomes 000977XXXXXXX. I have checked the CDR logs and I can see that the two zeroes are coming from the outpulsedCalledPartyNumber.
Thank you

Can you try changing the pattern from 09[77]XXXXXXXX to 097XXXXXXXX because the pattern you are using specifies that the third digit can be either 7 or again 7 which is not needed.
If this is getting changed in the gateway then provide the gateway config as well.

Hi Rajan
Appreciate your prompt assistance. I already change that and the result are still the same. The voice-gateway protocol is MGCP so there is no dial-peer configuration in the router.
Thank you

ok. Do you see any called transformation applied anywhere ? Pls provide the screenshot of the dialed number analyzer search for this call along with the PRI configuration in CUCM to check
