Hi all
I have created a trunk to a call manager on another site, both version 8.6
for some reason when the user at the other site looks at there missed calls, the number is coming up with a 9 infront, however none of these settings are on my trunk or route pattern over the trunk!
any ideas why its doing this ?

Hi Carl,
There is probably a translation pattern or a calling party transformation pattern in the call flow that is doing this.

I cannot see any transformation patterns or translations that would do this!
I also did the analyzer and it did not put the 9 in front!
any other ideas ?

You might want to check this CUCM service parameter: "Incoming calling number prefix".
It could be that this is where the prefix is been added
