Hi,
i am facing the issue that a customer has sporadic problems to setup an audio-conference. While trying to setup an audio-conference the first participant gets disconnected. External and also internal calls are affected by that. The Conferencing bridge is a Cisco 2811 with image 124-15.T5.
Any Ideas what could cause this problem or how to troubleshoot it effectively?

Hi Stefan,
Which version of cucm is being used?
Which type of endpoints are involved?
Is the issue only specific to a particular conference bridge on the 2811?
If you setup an internal conference using the software conference resources from cucm, does it work fine? If yes, then you can concentrate on the 2811 hosting the CFB and collect the following when the issue is reported
1. Detailed callmanager service traces from all cucm nodes
2. IP voice media streaming application service traces from cucm
Try doing a no sccp / sccp on the 2811 and restart the IP Voice media streaming app service on cucm during off hours before you collect these logs.

This is the Video Over IP community, might want to move this to ip telephony or the other collaboration subjects area
