Hi Everyone,
We are coming across an issue where a remote user via CIPC on VPN is calling an internal number but uses 10 digit dialing the problem is Call disconnects as soon as it is answered it disconnects also the CDR info for this call is a below -
origCause_value - 47
origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf - 13
destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf - 13
Call flow CIPC>>CUCM>>>CUBE>>>IP PHONE
Additional info -
Also 4 digit incoming / outgoing connects but there is no audio on first attempt and after dialing again second time it connects and audio is good
Issue is for 10 digit dialing to called party 6467064028 internal number calling party is 4048 and time of call is 01:14:27 PM
Other remote users with CIPC facing no issue.
Would appreciate any tips or suggestions of what could be the issue with this.

Hi,
Please make sure that 'Optimize for low bandwidth' is unchecked on CIPC Preferences. Check the following post for more details
