I have a 8.6 CM Cluster integrated with Genesys V8.
An agent receives a call through an Outbound Campaign and when he tries to make a conference call with a RP controlled by Genesys receives busy tone.
It does not happen with all the calls, lets say 50-50.
Conference call with any other number (not controlled by Genesys) works fine

What is the max no of calls you have assigned in the RP u have created, if the max no if calls limit exceeds then we would receive the busy tone, also check in lean business hrs if it works perfectly.

Hi, the max calls limit was not exceeded and I have the problem even after business hour.

I believe the Codec negotiation issue on the VG/CUBE, please check the if the DSP are utilized completely and the CODEC negotiation in the GW.
