Can you access the CME GUI?
By any chance, are you using Inspection on the UC540? If so, you may add HTTP and HTTPS.

Open terminal to CUE and verify what is going on from that side.

Yes, it is a possibility, please try adding HTTP to the Inspection and let us know!

hi
It looks like it is a routing issue! The router in question is located a remote site and I am using teamviewer to access a machine that is connected to that router. The wifi is on to allow me teamviewer access but when wifi is on i get the error i asked the customer to turn of the wifi and login and let me know what happens and it works. However I need the wifi enabled to do my job. The wifi routers to another router with a subnet interface is the gateway used by the data vlan.
