Hello All,
First post, yay !
I have 3 ISDN Pris on a 3845 gateway configured by CUCM 8.0 MGCP. A user no longer sees external inbound calls caller id info on one of the extensions. The other is extension in their department sees all of the info (external caller name and digits). The problem extension only sees the
number but not caller name.
Where do I look on the CUCM ?

I suggest you start by looking at the isdn q931 debugs...debug isdn q931
What we are looking for there is to see if the Telco sends the CLI for the call..
Next you need to lok at CUCM to see if there is any calling party xformation cofigured for this particular phone
