Hello,
I can not call transfer. The issue seldom occured it.
Occurs once a month.
Then rises as high as 70% of VG memory.
And you can not use the Call Transfer.
It is resolved automatically memory falls after a few minutes.
What should I check?

Have you turn off all debug...just do 'u all' and then monitor.
And pls share o/p of below command when issue occurs.
show processor cpu history
