Can not foward into voicemail from outside call on CUE and CUCM 8.6

Dear Team,

I have CUE Utility and CUCM 8.6.

I can call from local, if user busy or go out office then call will foward to voice mail.It is ok.

But when i call from outside to my phone(direct line), then call can not foward to voice mail on CUE.

Please help me some solution.

When the call cannot forward to voicemail what will be hear by the caller? Busy tone or voice prompt from CUE? You can try to check the registered ip addresses of CUE and H323 gateway from CUCM and make sure they are ping-able it was because you may have multiple ip addresses on H323 gateway. If you don't use command to force the H323 ip, it may used another IP to register to CUCM which you don't expected.
