Can't access to nme-cue-ec - help

Hi,

I've an issue on a nme-cue which is installed with a cisco 2821 router, I can't access to it with cli, I entered service-integrated service engine 1/0 session, I've entered the login and password but the nme-cue didn't respond, in the output there's nothing the cursor of the mouth is staying motionless, what can I do to troubleshoot the issue ?

make sure the username and pasword is correct, should be the same as you login the router.

In another telenet session, issue "service-module xxx reset".

If still no output, HW is faulty and must be replaced.

I'm able now to access the service integrated service module but voicemail doesn't work any more how can I troubleshoot that ?

That can be for so many reasons, finding why requires a logical troubleshooting done by an knowledgeable person.
