Can't find an option to use right buttons for active calls on 3pcc firmware

When using the phones with call manager, we had the line selection on the left and active calls on the right, thus allowing to switch between calls using the right keys.

Now that I've upgraded the phone to 3pcc firmware, I can't find the options to recreate how it used to work. Active calls now show up on the middle screen and directional keys need to be used to switch.

Seems by default, "Enhanced line mode" is turned on on 3pcc firmware, anyway to disable it?

Hi,

There features are slightly different on MPP (former 3PCC) devices.

I'm not sure what phone model you have, but on the 8851 for instance you're always allowed to use all 10 buttons for SIP registration, or you can also use them for features. Please refer to this admin guide page 154 (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/MPP/8800/english/AG/p881_b_8800-mpp-ag_new.pdf

So I guess from a "enhanced line mode" perspective, its always on.
