We have what appears to be Unity voicemail associated to main number in our system, but we can not find the account in Unity. We can dial the number and get the recording but can't see where is assiciated to in the system.
Is there a report or tool we can use to se where this number points?
Note also, this is a voicemail users here as the call the number, so it picks up first, then they are presented with other options to dial to.
