HI,
i have CUCM ver 10.5 and unity vr 10.5 their is an IVR msg & auto attend i need to cancel them
any help to do that
i try from call management in CUC and call handler and cant cancel it

Disable callforwaring to voicemail for AA extension on CUCM.

the Auto attend work to calls from outside, is this will solve it

your requirement is to cancel the AA am I correct ?

i have 4 FXO line when call any one of them you hear AA message. I need the call go direct to extension without any AA message

you might have configured connection plar pointing to the AA number. remove callforwrding to vm from this extension and assign it to user phone.
other way is u can change the PLAR configuration to your desired extension number.
