We are running CUCM 11.0. When we access the IPv4 address of a SCCP device from CallManager we get the Device Information screen of the phone. But when we access the IPv4 address of SIP device we get "This page cannot displayed". What are we missing?

Hi,
Please make sure you have "Web Access" enabled under "Product Specific Configuration Layout" on Phone Configuration Page.
