Cannot disable phoneload-support

Hello, 

Could you please help me with this issue:

I have this router:

Cisco C3900e  15.4(3)M3,  with version 10.5 Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express

I´m trying to remove this command

phoneload-support, when I try this I will get:

Error: phonemodel 8831 is already being used by load CLI at <voice register global>, pls remove the references to apply <no phoneload> command

What I should remove ??

Do "no load 8831 sip8831.10-3-1SR2-2.loads" first then you should be able to remove the phone-load support command.

Thanks for answer, and what this command can cause ? because I have some problem with calls from inside to outside.

It won't affect your calls. This is write the config file with a phone load. If all your 8831 phones are running "10-3-1SR2-2" firmware, then you should be good. If you add a new 8831 phone, it won't get any firmware info as part of the config file.
