I am taking over managing a CUE 3.1 system and need to set up an auto attendant. From the CLI I can log into the router and I can login to the service engine for the CUE system. When I login via the CLI there is a pasword set for the root user on the main router. But, when I login to the CUE service engine there is NOT a password for the root user.
When I try loggin to the CUE with a web browser it says Login Failed, System not initialized. Onluy Administrator logins allowed.
My guess is that I cannot login because there is not passowrd set on the root account. Am I correct? What do I have to do to fix this?
The voicemail system is currently working so some level of setup has been completed. I entererd the command: groupname Administrators member mdurham but I cannot login with that user account either.
Any suggestions?
