Hi,
I have a Cisco 8845 videophone that receives calls from a 2N camera intercom. The videophone receives calls correctly but it is not possible to see the images from the intercom on the screen of the 8845. What can we do? From the CUCM I see that video is enabled on the phone, video is correctly visible on the intercom. What is missing?

I hope you configured 2N Intercome as a Third party advance device.
Try the below.

Hello,
thank You for the reply, I noticed that on another models of Cisco videophone we have configured a "SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space". At the moment on the 8845 phone is not set this field, the issue can be related to this setting?
