I am running CME with 7962 phones. When users try to create a conference call they get "unable to connect", this happens the first time the conf button is pressed.
Any ideas?

So does it work after the first time?
Does the phones in question have a MRG/MRGL with a conf bridge or are you using software based conferencing on CUCM?
Are these phones in question in the same location or diff locations?

This feature has never worked.
I am using the CME software version of conferencing.
The feature does not work weather the conference call is initiated to internal or external phones.
My mistake on pushing the "correct answer" button. I still require help with this issue.
