HI ALL
could you please help me in my issue it still cant join conference call after put the conference code which requested from me after dialing the number of the meeting and the Cisco phone recognize the code as number and its like outing me from the original call and telecom vendor answer machine said its wrong number please dial correct one
some note :
1- i already update firmware of the cisco phone 7821
2- im using CME 10.5
3- i have cisco 2911 with 2 i/f card each 4 fxo port (total 8 fxo)
using 2 port fxo connected to primacell devices each one has attached with sim card from vodafone
and switch 24 port 2960 giga port all devices connected to ip phones and ip phone connected to our laptops
4- we dont have on our buildings landlines infra
5- i can call international but cant put the conference code after asked for that followed by hash , the phone didn't recognize that its code not a number
that is why local line vendor answer machine said this number is wrong please try another

A couple of questions -
1. Is this an issue with International calls only ? this issue happen when im joining meeting via phone after dialing it asking me to put the code followed with hash then after pressing hash its through me out of the call and the phone recognize the code followed with hash is another new dial number and vendor answer machine said wrong number plz do correct one
2. How about incoming calls, does DTMF work ? we didnt recv international calls before we only use to dial international number when need to join meetings or normal calls
3. What happens when you call from a SCCP phone, does DTMF work ? dont know
DTMF i already enabled it on the voice port just as an option to try without knowledge about that i said maybe it will work

1. What I meant was, do you face any DTMF issues when dialing locally etc ? Try it to some local/national toll free numbers. ( already tried free toll number with two type of phone sip 7821 and sccp 7945 but same issue
2. No need to receive an International call. You can test it with any call just to ensure that DTMF works incoming or not.
3. Test with a SCCP Phone to the same International number and see if it works or not. (i tired already with sccp phone 7945 and same issue it kick me out from the original call once i type the digits followed with hash but the call still opening but no response ) i tried one free toll number and then inter the confrence code followed by hash but local vendor answer machine works and said wrong no. plz try another later . ???
note : the firmware of 7945 phone is (sccp45.9-3-1-1sr1-1s) load file so maybe its old and need to update or its not effect ???

hi man just asking about upgrading the Cisco phone to cmterm-7945_7965-sccp.9-4-2-1SR3-1
the load file on cisco phone already changed after upgrading to SCCP45.9-4-2SR3-1S but boot load id still on tnp45.9-3-1-CR17.bin so is it make any problem or its okay ? becuase load file is 9-4-1 and boot load is 9-3-1 ????
