Hi,
When i try to look for sdi in RTMT for real time trace, i don't see this option instead i can see for Calllogs, dbl, dbnotify, SDL (not sdi).
Is there any place in UCM where i have to enable it first ?
I am using CUCM 10.5.2 version.
Any idea ?
regards
Zahid

Hi,
As Aman Soi posted, you can configure in Cisco Unified Serviceability trace. After collected the trace in RTMT you can use the tools TranslatorX or VLT to see datails of calls.

Thanks dsobrinho but I am after sdi real time trace files not other logs.
I have seen SDL traces which has lot of information which contains for signalling... but will look again for sdi information.

Hi,
To verify if trace is on.
Login CUCM>SERVICEABILITY
Select>CM Services>Cisco CallManager Active => GO
Select trace SDI Detailed ON // and Trace SDL Detailed On
Use Related Links: SDL Configuration or SDI Configuration to navegate between them.

no worries but I appreciate your assistance :)

Simply because now both (SDI and SDL) are in the same file, there's no more differentiation for them in the Serviceability page.
