Hi,
I am having trouble integrating Castelle Enterprise Fax Press. I have done the required config on the Router as below:
controller E1 0/3/0
pri-group timeslots 1-16
description <<26_CHANNELS_CONNECTED_TO_FAX_SERVER>>
!
interface Serial0/3/0:15
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-net5
isdn protocol-emulate network
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn outgoing ie redirecting-number
no cdp enable
!
dial-peer voice 3960 pots
description <<DIAL_PEER_TO_CASTELLE_FAX>>
destination-pattern 39[678].
fax rate fax
port 0/3/0:15
!
The Fax is delivered to the Fax Server, but the Castelle guys say that they are not receiving the DNIS.
From the Service Provider, I am receiving 4 Digits and I am sending 4 dgitis to the Dial-Peer 3960.
Is there anything else that I have to send inorder to get this right?

Hi,
the device disconnecting the call after 40 seconds. What is the problem ?

Hi,
That call was disconnected by me, it is not disconnecting the call in 40 Seconds, I would like to know is there any way to hardcode DNIS to be sent by Router to the Fax Server?

Sriharshaa,
Did you get this resolved? I am looking at the Castelle Enteprise Fax appliance and would like any input when interfacing with Cisco Call Manager
