CCM 5.1.2 backup is failing.

CCM 5.1.2 backup is failing.  Scheduled backups to another network directory have no error message or history, it is blank as if it doesn't run.  Manual backups receive the following error message "Unable to create backup storage directory: /common/drf/.....  I have restarted the drf services but that has not helped.  I would appreciate any advice you may have.  Thanks.

This kind of issue requires root access to the CUCM to access the common/drf directory.

The only way to get root access is to open a TAC case.
