In CallManager 4.1; I have a need to have a receptionists phonee to never give a busy signal to callers and to allow all calls to ring through, regardless of how many calls she has on hold. She will have a 7961 and could have up to 12 active calls at once. I'n curious how people have done this in their implementations.

In 7961 phone models you could enable dual lines and call waiting facility. Apart from that you can use an ip phone expansion module .
