Using ccme 4.1. Customer wants speed dials,(more than 99) I have created a Bulk edit file and it all works o.k. The problem I have is that on a fairly regular basis the customer needs to update the file to reflect adds/changes made to the users. The only apparent way to do this is to go into telephony-service take out the existing file ref and load the new changed file. it seems a long way around, Is there no way the system can fetch the contents of the file upon request rather than just load a copy into memory? ( I have placed the file on a company server and referenced this on the gateway as a tftp location.

There is no provision in CCME to automate the process.
So you will have to build a macro in some software to simplify the operation.
