CCME phone license FL-CCME-240

If you order this bundle "3845 Voice Bundle Included: FL-CCME-240 Cisco CallManager Express Feat License Up To 240 Phones" do you order phones with licenses or phone spares. What is the part number? I know the licenses are paper and will not impact the operation of CCME. I want to double check that suppliers are quoting the right config/parts and an explanation of what this bundle means.

This is the license for the CCME router itself, and does not related in any way to licensing for the individual phones.

In other words having this license does NOT license your up to 240 phones that still have to be licesed individually.
