Experts,
We have CCUM 10.5 in virtual environment installed on Cisco server. We also use informacast 9.0.2 but that separate topic. I wonder what and how would be upgrade to latest version which I believe 12 is. Can 11 be skipped? I have never done that for Cisco product. Any instructions - advice appreciated. thank you
