CCX 9.0 downgrade to CCX 8.5

HI all,

I have purchase a UCCX 9.0. However my customer want to downgrade to CCX 8.5. So, is there any method I can do the downgrade without ordering other license ?

Hi,

I don't think it is possible to downgrade without ordering a new license since they are different license model.

even between uccx 8 and 8.5 it is a major upgrade.

Why your customer want to downgrade?

Thanks for your answer. The customer said their internal team does not support UCCX 9.0 so they prefer 8.5
