Dear Cisco Support
I am running cisco call manager 4.1 publisher and subscriber.I am trying to add new Cisco IP Phone 7945 but i am getting below error messages.
'Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP): Switch Port: Warning! CDP should only be disabled on the Network port if this phone is connected to a non-Cisco switch. For further details, consult the Cisco Callmanager Administration Guide.'
'Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP): PC Port: Warning! Disabling CDP on the PC port will prevent Cisco VT Advantage/Unified Video Advantage from working properly on this phone. For further details, consult the Cisco Callmanager Administration Guide.'
I am using cisco switches and cdp is enabled on all the switch ports.
Even when i am issuing command show cdp neighbors its showing me that phones are connected with its mac addresses.
I am not able to add new cisco IP Phones. How i can solve the problem.
Waiting for a reply.
