CDR Analysis and Reporting: Call types "Local", "Long Distance", Show up as "Others". Why?

Hey guys,

I would like to understand why local and long distance calls on our CUCM 10.5 system are showing up in CAR as Others when I would think they should show up as Local or Long Distance?

Hi Joshua,

I have seen this issue if the dial plan configuration is not set up correctly under CAR Tool. Please verify the same under System > System Parameters > Dial Plan configuration
