Dears,
I get the attached error whenever I browse to the CDR page, the CDR were stopped internally by sending to the billing system when I restart the CDR service it started sending to the billing system but the no's of error records and data records keep on increasing and it pop-up whenever I browse to the CDR page, Hence this pop-up was not seen before to me it was working fine from so many years recently it started giving issues
I have seen many post but I am not sure these will help.

What version of CUCM? When is your DRS backup running? There is a bug that causes the CDR loading process to be interrupted when a DRS backup starts. See link below.

The version is 11.5 and The DRS back up runs in the night 2:00 AM
