Hi

CM 4.1 - In CDR, how do I find the call volume for CTI routepoint per month (ie CTI RP is 34300 and I am looking in in January and February compared to prior months)

AND dateTimeOrigination>= 1162335600

AND dateTimeOrigination<= 1164927540

Use Epoch time converter to convert the Date you want:
