CDR Records are missing Loginuserid

We've recently migrated from the IP Phone 7942's to Cisco Jabber. I'm noticing in the CDR table that users who are on the softphone are no longer populating the "CallingPartyUnicodeLoginUserID" field. We're using this field to help track hunt group calls. Is there a setting in CUCM that needs to be enabled to show the users extension in this field?

Ron,

As long as the end user is set up correctly and associated with the CSF record, it should be showing up. Are you using EM profiles? 

First off, thank you for responding.

 

In the CDR table, it shows CSFJonnyAppleseed under "DeviceName". So I am assuming it's associated to the CSF record. We are using EM profiles.

As mentioned, on the end user page of CUCM, make sure that the user is associated with the device.  That should cause the field to be populated.
