Our enterprise uses a corporate proxy server for all internet traffic. We have a need to push all of our CDR records to an external provider. So I have run into a few issues and have some questions.
1. Can call manager 8.6 be configured with a proxy server? If not a proxy then a static route?
2. Does anyone have any other ideas short of a "middleman" FTP server?
Thanks,
Jason

Don't use FTP.

Unfortunately, you can't do what you want with CUCM. You'll need to setup your own staging server to access the files from CUCM before pushing them to the outside world.

Thanks Gordon. I plan to use SFTP and thought the middleman was the best way.
