CDR reports

In CDR reports under CDR/search/by user extension and you email the report it just comes in as a very hard to read text file. Is there a way to get into excel or word? Even trying to copy and paste the data doesn't work.

unfortunately the options for CDR reports are limited to either CSV or for some reports PDF

You'll have to import the text file into excel, If you copy and paste, that will give you the same output. Go to Excel > Open > browse for the file, make sure you select "All Files" under the files type on the Open Window in order to display the text files. Once you have selected the file to open, a window will show and select comma as the deliver. I think this is what you are looking for.
