In CDR reports under CDR/search/by user extension and you email the report it just comes in as a very hard to read text file. Is there a way to get into excel or word? Even trying to copy and paste the data doesn't work.thanks
I remember in version 4.X there was a folder called MBX? or something close that acutally had the saved messeges from a user. where are the messeges stored in verion 5?thanks
