I just found out that my primary SUB's (2 diff clusters) doesn't have CDR flag enabled, PUB does and the secondary SUB's. Phones are registered to primary SUBs. I think I know the answer but if I turn it on for my primary SUB's now and wait for a while - I should or shouldn't see records for calls from weeks past, ie will it enable the flag so I could see them, or will it only show records from the point in time I enabled it?
I am seeing some records in CDR just not everything I think that is being generated, ie we have users with Line-1prime line and Line-2 for Agent calls (Contact Center).

CDR starts working from the moment you change the flag to enabled, not before that.
